Let us go forward in this battle fortified by conviction that those who labour in the service of a great and good cause will never fail.

The field of business coaching has experienced a variety of influences over time, but the combinationn of the Neuroscience, Entrepreneurship and the Eastern Philosophy of Aikido provides a uniquely powerful and transformative perspective.

From my earliest childhood, I have been inextricably linked to the resonance of energies, possessing an acute, almost preternatural perception of my surroundings. My connection to the art of Aikido manifested itself at the tender age of 16, when I was an ardent disciple of the illustrious master Tamura Sensei in France.

This instruction imbued me with exceptional skills, understanding the art of channelling adversarial force with serenity even in adverse circumstances. This technique, grounded in serenity even under great pressure, not only provided me with conflict management skills, but also sculpted an unrelenting discipline to lead.

Life experiences with great Japanese Budo masters, some of them descendants of ancient samurai families, where they explained how their ancestors were able to move nimbly in heavy armour in prolonged battles, merged with my learning in Aikido. The result was an amalgam of skills applicable in professional, business and executive coaching.

A highlight was the opportunity to observe, for several years, the great master Tamura sensei in action, whose mastery of the Dojo was mesmerising. Asian philosophy taught me to capture the essence through meticulous observation. This skill is invaluable and key to achieving unique insight in my work and in executive coaching.

My journey in France was not only limited to Aikido. Given my strong entrepreneurial spirit, I ventured into the field of international trade, initially collaborating with a French conglomerate, and later with the Belgian state, strengthening commercial ties with Spanish-speaking companies. These experiences culminated in the creation of my own consulting firm, aimed at supporting Spanish SMEs in their penetration of Franco-Belgian markets.

After a decade immersed in martial arts and international business in France, I decided to return to my country, Spain. I established a branch of my consultancy and simultaneously opened my first Aikido Dojo, transmitting the teachings I had accumulated with the most renowned masters. My north has always been guided by my intuition and my spirit. So, in a bold move, I liquidated my assets and companies, dedicating myself exclusively to teaching Aikido and bringing renowned masters from Japan to Spain for seminars.

The techniques described here from Eastern philosophy, which were once used in combat, now benefit musicians, nurses and dancers in their respective disciplines. And why not? I have also introduced them into the world of business and professional coaching, a challenge that has fascinated me and continues to fascinate me every day.

I have always been passionate about personal development, and this has led me to discover Neuroscience, which, with its promise of deciphering intricate neural networks and their interactions, has been central to my approach.

Through exploring brain plasticity, I understood how experiences and learning can reshape and strengthen our brains, allowing us to adapt and grow in challenging situations. This understanding has been crucial in my work with leaders, teaching them to harness their brain capacity to improve skills such as decision-making, stress management and conflict resolution.

In addition, cognitive neuroscience has revealed how thought patterns and emotions are interconnected in the brain. With this knowledge, I have developed techniques to help managers recognise and overcome cognitive biases and strengthen their emotional intelligence. These skills are essential to lead empathetically and effectively in the modern business world.

Another fascinating area has been the neuroscience of mindfulness and meditation applied to coaching processes. Studies have shown how meditative practices can positively influence brain structure and function, promoting concentration, creativity and resilience. Incorporating these findings, I have designed training programmes that integrate meditation techniques with leadership strategies, enabling leaders to find balance and clarity in the midst of chaos.

Exploring further, I have delved into the enigmatic world of the subconscious. Understanding how past experiences, often forgotten in our conscious, can influence our current decisions and behaviours has been eye-opening. Using introspection and self-awareness techniques, I have helped leaders unravel and release limiting beliefs rooted in their subconscious, enabling them to reach their full potential.

On the other hand, my naturally entrepreneurial spirit is characterised by innovation, calculated risk and the ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles. Incorporating this mindset into business coaching helps leaders and teams. It helps them to take action, challenge the status quo, adapt to change and pursue bold visions. In addition, entrepreneurship instils resilience, allowing individuals to learn from failures and move forward with determination.

Finally, my deep knowledge and experience in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and hypnosis techniques, which deepen internal and external communication tools, identification of strategies and behavioural patterns and reprogramming of deeply rooted beliefs, as well as other more subtle tools such as the development of new anchors and visualisation techniques, offer me the most appropriate tools for the optimisation of my clients' performance and personal growth.

By integrating all these elements and my more than 25 years of experience, my business coaching services not only focus on technical skills or business strategies to increase your profitability and decision-making processes, but also on the development of the whole person, addressing mind, body and spirit. This combination offers a holistic approach that enhances individual and collective performance in the business environment.
